PRS Hub is a free educational platform built for plastic surgery trainees. It brings case preparation, board prep notes, emergency management, and landmark evidence together in one accessible resource.
Our goal is to make it easier for trainees to prepare for the OR, build their plastic surgery knowledge, respond to common emergencies, and understand the evidence that shapes the specialty.

PRS Hub is built to support trainees throughout their education—from preparing for tomorrow’s operation and reviewing for the boards to managing emergencies and understanding the landmark literature behind clinical practice.

Ali Dzhemiliev, MD
Founder
Ali Dzhemiliev, MD, is a surgical research fellow at Brigham and Women's Hospital and Harvard Medical School, focused on plastic and reconstructive surgery. He previously completed two years of general surgery residency training at Brigham and is currently conducting plastic surgery research under the mentorship of Dr. Simon Talbot.
Veli Bakalov, MD
Chief Product Officer
Veli Bakalov, MD, is a hematologist and medical oncologist at MD Anderson Cancer Center at Cooper, Assistant Professor of Medicine, and founder of HemeOncBuddy. He supports the development and digital strategy of PRS Hub.
Simon Talbot, MD
Senior Faculty Advisor
Simon Talbot, MD, is a plastic surgeon, Associate Professor of Surgery at Harvard Medical School, and Director of Upper Extremity Transplantation at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, specializing in hand surgery, microsurgery, and complex reconstruction.
